12 Things That’ll Almost Definitely Sell Out: From Brightland to Burrow

For this week’s Don’t DillyDally we’ve uncovered a range of things we’re sure will sell out: a reissue of the popular Gossamer x Offhours coat, a new Caraway colorway exclusive to Crate and Barrel, and a line of hoodies created in homage to HBCUs.

Caraway x Crate and Barrel

In their latest home-goods collaboration, Crate and Barrel has teamed up with Caraway Home on an exclusive, mint-green cookware set. The seven-piece nonstick set is a favorite of celebs like Taraji P. Henson and is beloved for truly living up to its nonstick claims. The set includes a 10.5-inch frying pan, a three-quart lidded saucepan, a 4.5-quart sauté pan, and a 6.5-quart Dutch oven — pretty much everything you need to set up a kitchen.

Baby Phat

Early-aughts streetwear brand Baby Phat just released some jewelry that’s equal parts nostalgic and fresh. That includes this kitty pendant, a blinged-out version of the brand’s iconic sphinx that hangs on an 18-inch gold vermeil chain.

Dame

Sustainable period brand Dame, makers of a reusable tampon applicator, now also makes reusable pads. The superthin pads are meant to be thrown in the wash and are made from three layers of moisture-wicking, liquid-proof materials that promise an odorless, dry cycle. The set comes with a liner, a day and night pad (which hold the same amount as a super and super-plus tampon, respectively), and a dry bag where you can store your used pads. The brand is accepting orders for the pads but be prepared to wait—demand is apparently so high that you can expect to wait anywhere from six to eight weeks for it to arrive at your doorstep.

Gossamer x Offhours

Sometimes coveted collabs really do sell out forever, but every once in a while brands are gracious enough to bring them back. Such is the case with the Gossamer x Offhours robe coat. The coat, called the Dogwalker, is described as part Homecoat, part Gossamer loungewear and is French terry on the outside and a supersoft T-shirt material on the inside. It also comes in a very enticing shade of green. The coat is available for a very limited run, so if you like it, we recommend adding to your cart immediately.

Madewell

Also on the clothing front, Madewell recently released the balloon jean, a riff on the ’80s silhouette. The jeans are fitted at the waist and curve at the hips, giving them the “balloon” look. The jeans are currently available in four washes including this versatile light-blue shade and come in two fits: rigid and comfort stretch.

Alex Mill

Another vintage-clothing item made new: Alex Mill reimagined the military jumpsuit for the contemporary moment, making it from a relaxed chino fabric and giving it an adjustable waist. The utilitarian suit has deep pockets at the chest and waist, perfect for storing all the odds and ends you might need to leave the house.

Brightland

We’re not-so-secret fans of Brightland’s good olive oil and fancy vinegars, which is a favorite of chefs and food enthusiasts alike. The brand just launched Rosette, a 100 percent garlic olive oil that we’re sure will be delicious drizzled over roasted potatoes or bread. The brand also collaborated with Lillian Martinez on the limited-edition bottle design, which makes this equal parts collector’s item and pantry staple.

Alife x Champion x Urban Outfitters

To celebrate Black History month, streetwear brand Alife teamed up with Champion on an HBCU hoodie collection, which features some of the most prominent institutions and uses a similar motif to the hoodies they released last year. The hoodies are made of Champion’s iconic heavyweight reverse weave, which resists shrinking and ensures the hoodie stays relatively the same shape and size for years to come.

Canopy x Open Spaces

Canopy, which makes a very stylish humidifier, is collaborating with Open Spaces on a line of fragrances designed specifically for Canopy’s aroma diffuser. The scents include Dawn, scented with bergamot and tea blossom; Midday, a blend of sage and cedarwood; and Dusk, which smells of vanilla, lime, and lavender. Each essential oil also comes with an Open Spaces–logo puck, which fits neatly into the Canopy diffuser. If you don’t have a diffuser, you can also just use the kit on its own — just place a few drops on the puck and leave it on a surface around the home.

Todd Snyder x John Derian

Menswear designer Todd Snyder has teamed up with artist John Derian on shirts, hoodies, shorts, and face coverings featuring his signature prints. We think this apple-print shirt is particularly fun, thanks to its vintage, painted look. The shirt itself is made from lightweight Italian cotton and has the same silhouette as the brand’s popular Camp Collar Shirt.

Warby Parker

Warby Parker’s newest collection is inspired by vintage Italian sunglasses and made with hand-painted tortoise patterns by master crafters in Japan. The latter is actually where the collection, called Eshi, derives its name — the word means painter in Japanese. The frames are made from a featherweight titanium, have a sleek profile, and are some of the thinnest frames we’ve seen from the brand. We’re fans of the Colvin, which have rounded lenses and come in classic tortoise or a beautiful blue.

Johanna Howard x Burrow

Burrow teamed up with Swedish-born textile designer Johanna Howard, on an exclusive line of textiles that feature her signature colorful, Scandinavian design. We like this machine-washable, cotton-blend graphic throw. It’d look nice draped over a couch or perhaps as an extra layer during an outdoor hang.
