According to Jason White, the service and beverage director at Kichin in Brooklyn, the crystal is mixed with a trace amount of titanium, “giving it great strength and feel.” The all-purpose wineglasses are less likely to shatter in the sink and are dishwasher safe. Strategist editor Maxine Builder says she was drawn to the slightly angular bottom and “German-made glass, which is thin enough to feel fancy but not too delicate.”
