We’ve closing out the second day of Amazon’s Prime Early Access Sale, the flash sale with discounts on thousands of items from Amazon’s vast inventory. If you’re sitting there thinking this sounds a lot like Prime Day, you’re not totally wrong. We’ve been calling it Prime Day 2, and we’ve seen other folks refer to it as the Prime Day sequel. And just like Prime Day, the best deals are reserved for Prime members only (so if you haven’t already joined, now’s a good time to sign up).
The main difference is that this flash sale is offering early access to Amazon’s holiday deals. That means it’s a great time to get some very early shopping done ahead of the chaos of Black Friday sales (and to make sure you avoid any shipping delays). But the sheer number of items on offer can be overwhelming — and just because something is on sale doesn’t mean it’s actually worth buying. So, as we’ve done for the last five years, if you don’t have a specific big-ticket item in mind or you just need a little bit of guidance on finding the best October Prime Day deals, we are here to help.
We’ve pulled together a comprehensive list of the best Amazon Prime Early Access deals including lots of things that would make excellent holiday gifts (but we won’t tell anyone if you just buy a thing or two for yourself).
