Every year, we’re deluged with Black Friday deals, which is good news for those of us who love snagging items at a discount. But it can all get overwhelming, from the sheer number of products to sift through — and that’s especially true at Amazon. The mega-merchant has been offering steep discounts since last Friday, and the deals have been surprisingly good. But not everything is a slam-dunk — so to find the best items currently on sale, I’ve kept an eye out for products we’ve tested and reviewed across different categories, from home goods and kitchen appliances to tech and workout gear to toys and board games. I’ve also made sure that just about everything here is at least 20 percent off (and if the discount is lower, it’s because I rarely see it on-sale). Black Friday is also a great time to take get some holiday shopping done, so I’d recommend keeping an eye out for your giftees as you browse the deals.

Now’s a great time to snag some of the best-selling beauty items recommended by the Strategist, such as moisturizers, sunscreens, and grooming items. (Some highlights include a much-beloved snail-mucin essence and our favorite electric toothbrush that’s over half-off.)
Home
I’ve spotted a good number of home items on sale, like our favorite foam pillows and mattress toppers, sheet sets, as well as space heaters, fans, and air purifiers we’ve reviewed this year. If you’re looking for a vacuum upgrade, you’re in luck — a few of our favorites (from brands such as Dyson and Shark) are currently up to 40 percent off. And, of course, you can’t forget the artificial Christmas trees.
Kitchen
If you’re on the hunt for a particular kitchen appliance, you can probably find it discounted during Amazon’s Black Friday sale. There’s the Rolls-Royce of coffee-makers from Technivorm, a meat thermometer beloved by Tom Colicchio (which also makes a great gift for a home cook), and a statusy pepper cannon I’ve never spotted on sale.
Clothing and apparel
A lot of our favorite women’s clothing is on sale right now, including several picks from the Strategist Womenswear 100. There are the classic Levi’s and Orolay coat, but we also found some deals on brands you wouldn’t expect to find on Amazon, like Madewell and AYR.
Toys and games
While I’m spotting lots of toys and games that would make great holiday gifts, I’m also seeing some of our favorite board games on sale — some of them 40 to 50 percent off.
Baby
I’ll be updating this section with the best deals on baby items, from car seats to baby monitors and nursing products.
Health and fitness
I like to take advantage of these Black Friday promotions by saving big on at-home fitness equipment, which tends to be pricey. I’ve spotted some of the best items we’ve reviewed on sale, such as an adjustable kettlebell, a vibrating foam roller, and Peloton bikes.
Tech
Black Friday is historically associated with tech deals, and there’s no shortage of them up for grabs right now on Amazon, from speakers to digital picture frames to cameras. (The Fujifilm instant camera is especially popular with teenagers this year.)
