With cold weather (almost) behind us, now’s the time to refresh your skin-care routine for spring — and lots of Strategist-approved products at Ole Henriksen are up to 30 percent off through March 25 as part of the retailer’s Friends & Family sale. Even better: With any purchase over $100, you can receive a six-piece gift set complete with a vegan-leather cosmetics bag.

Here, I’ve rounded up the best of the best from the Scandinavian brand, including many formulas we’ve tested and written about. There’s the cream our beauty columnist Rio Viera-Newton uses to improve the look of dark-blueish under-eye circles, and then plenty of standouts I think you should consider adding to your beauty cabinet. (And to stay up to date on other can’t-miss sales, be sure to sign up for our newsletter.)

This is the Banana Bright+ Eye Cream — which is loaded with brightening vitamin C — that Rio uses to banish dark under-eye circles. (She also loves it for keeping under-eye concealer in place.)

Speaking of under-eye care: Fade discoloration with this color-correcting eye-cream stick. It contains two forms of vitamin C, plus caffeine to energize and de-puff the area.

Another Strategist-tested favorite is this AHA-infused body lotion, which our writer Tembe Denton-Hurst says “gently sloughs away dry skin while also moisturizing the fresh, new skin underneath.” She also notes that the texture is similar to whipped shea butter but smoother and easier to apply.

If you’re in the market for a gel cleanser, look no further than Truth Juice, which is made with exfoliating polyhydroxy acid (also known as PHA) to remove dirt, oil, and eye makeup.

And for those on the hunt for a new night cream: a firming option that’s formulated with 5 percent AHAs to help exfoliate and smooth the skin’s surface.

For your everything shower, snag a refreshing scrub with ingredients that include both chemical (glycolic and lactic acids) and physical exfoliants (lemon peel and sugar). It’s also free of parabens, phthalates, and plastic microbeads.

A subtly plumping lip treatment — which comes in an especially pleasing Strawberry Sorbet shade, among others — to keep your lips hydrated and soft.

Retinol helps renew skin and minimize signs of aging, and this lightweight serum is designed to visibly improve fine lines and wrinkles in just two weeks.

Throw this mineral-based SPF in your tote this summer — not only does it protect against UVA and UVB rays, it also helps correct existing dark spots.

If your skin is oily or acne-prone, this toner might be for you. It contains a blend of BHAs and AHAs — including salicylic, glycolic, and lactic acids — to slough away pore-clogging gunk and rough skin.

And for the generally Ole Henriksen–curious: This set of the brand’s mini best sellers — which includes the under-eye cream I mentioned above, plus a vitamin-C serum, moisturizer, cleanser, and toner — is your best bet.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
