Japanese artist Takashi Horisaki’s bleak vision of post-Katrina New Orleans looks like something out of Will Smith’s latest apocalypse movie (it’ll probably get better reviews, though). Social Dress New Orleans – 730 Days After, up at Long Island City’s Socrates Sculpture Park through October, features derelict New Orleans buildings and homes cast in latex and mounted on industrial stilts. —Rachel Wolff
