Artist Florian Süssmayr Paints With Beer Goggles On
The sheer breadth of Florian Süssmayr’s hazy, Richter-esque Munich beer hall (his work, overall, is an evocation of Germany in the eighties) puts all of our local establishments to shame. Süssmayr’s work is up at Chelsea’s Nicholas Robinson Gallery through the end of March. —Rachel Wolff
