Nikki Finke reports that the Weinstein Company’s Dimension Films has stopped production on Halloween 3-D after receiving a first draft of the script on Friday. The movie, budgeted at $2.5 million, was to start shooting in November so that director Patrick Lussier could begin work on another movie in January (there are tentative plans to make H3-D when he’s free later).
