House Majority Whip James Clyburn (Democrat, South Carolina) appeared on The Daily Show last night to talk about Obama’s health-care summit, but Jon Stewart couldn’t resist asking him about South Carolina’s embattled governor. With a wave of his hand, Clyburn dismissed Sanford, saying he’ll likely just “meander around†until he is replaced in November. On The Late Late Show, Craig Ferguson continued to experiment with his format by using an awkward pause to end an interview, possibly damaging his guest’s brain. Brain damage could also be found on The Colbert Report, where the host was hitting the dry-erase markers pretty hard during a strategy session with the U.S. Olympic speed skating team. Finally, Jimmy Kimmel told Gordon Ramsay about an even tougher culinary critic. Watch our compilation to see what you missed.
