Before he was stealing scenes on The Office and traveling time in hot tubs, Craig Robinson was a middle-school music teacher, and last night he told Jimmy Kimmel about his surefire way of getting his students’ attention. It involved insulting them. On The Tonight Show, Marriage Ref host Tom Papa described working under another funny authority figure, but it sounded a lot less amusing since he apparently incurs Jerry Seinfeld’s wrath whenever jokes are bungled (a not infrequent occurrence on that show). Finally, the Roots were challenged to improvise a U2-style song about an audience member on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and it was so good that Steve Jobs has probably already purchased the rights to it.
