Conan O’Brien and Warner Bros. Television are on the verge of signing a production deal that would complete his divorce from NBC. Conaco, O’Brien’s production company, is still set up at NBC Universal through the end of the TV season (it even has one pilot in consideration at the Peacock). But once that deal expires, Conaco is expected to become part of Warner Bros. TV, sister studio to TBS. This means Conaco will be producing original programming for TBS, potentially giving us all a reason to watch before 11 p.m. [Deadline]
