Conan and Jack White Jam Together, Plan To Release Vinyl Record

The twosome in 2005.

After tweeting that he and Jack White would be “doing something cool†Thursday night, Conan O’Brien took the stage with the White Stripes singer in Nashville tonight at White’s Third Man Records. The show began with Conan and his touring band playing a number of covers, including “On The Road Again†(he changed the lyrics to “my old show again / I just can’t wait to get my old show againâ€) and the Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army,†before White joined them on stage for covers of Eddie Cochran’s “Twenty Flight Rock†and Ronnie Hawkins’ “Forty Days.†And for those not content with the grainy YouTube videos that are sure to pop up over the next few days, the AP says that O’Brien plans to release a vinyl album of the show.
