In a new exhibition at Hartford’s Wadsworth Atheneum, artist Justin Lowe has resurrected the punk club’s late, great, and legendarily graffitied toilet area — except now with a Jackson Pollock on the wall to highlight the similarities between graffiti and abstract expressionism.
