The Weinstein Company has restructured its debt by temporarily giving the rights to 200 to 250 movies from its library (including Vicky Cristina Barcelona and The Reader) to Goldman Sachs. The studio, which is retaining control of about 150 films, is reportedly paying off about $335 million in debt to creditors, which will come from the revenues of upcoming releases.
