There’s more to Mike “The Situation†Sorrentino than GTL and an eight-pack, and he made sure we knew that when we spoke with him last night at the Jersey Shore soundtrack premiere party at Marquee. While his wingman Pauly D and rapper Lil Jon traded off D.J. sets to a packed club of fist-pumpers (and Snooki dancing on a couch), we talked with The Situation about his complex personality, the BP oil spill, and a little situation he had one night in an undisclosed hotel room.
What’s the hairiest situation you’ve been in with women?
I had ten girls in my hotel room, and I tried to kick them all out, and they wouldn’t leave.
Where were you?
I don’t know if I can say … but there were ten girls, and I had to ask them to leave. It got to the point where I had to go back to the drawing room and be like, “I’ve got ten girls; they don’t want to leave: What do I do now?†So, to be continued …
Does being The Situation ever get tiring?
I never get tired of being The Situation because technically, I am The Situation. I’m not acting. I’m obviously being myself. At the same time, you know, I’m a very complex person. I’m sure there are certain parts that you don’t see of me that you say, “Is that really him?†I’m sensitive; I’m outgoing; I’m wild; I’m very forward. You know, so I’m very multidimensional.
How do you think the oil spill is going to affect beach culture in America?
Wow, that’s a good question. Very good question. Can we repeat that for a second? Let me hear that one again.
You want to take a deep breath?
Yeah, I’ll take a breath. Let me hear that one again.
How is the oil spill going to affect beach culture in America?
You know what, obviously the oil spill is definitely going to affect beach culture in America for probably a number of years, I would surmise. It will probably affect a lot of kids, in not a good way.
When you were on George Lopez’s show, you kind of alluded to the fact
that you made out with another celebrity.
Aw, yeah. That one [laughing]. I can’t talk about that.
A hint?
She was really hot.
If you had to be trapped on a desert island with any other celebrity,, who would it be?
Everybody always asks me about celebrity crushes. I think the girl from Entourage is hot, Emmanuelle [Chriqui]. I haven’t met her yet. I’ve met a lot of celebrities, but I haven’t met her.
How would you pick her up?
I’m very, very confident, so I’d probably just walk right up to her and say, “What’s up?â€
