Following in the tradition of Phoenix Phenom and Bryan Pringle — unsigned artists who claim the Black Eyed Peas lifted chunks of their music for the hits “Boom Boom Pow†and “I Gotta Feeling,†respectively — is a new lawsuit from George Clinton.
