After wearing immaculately tailored suits on every episode of White Collar, Matthew Bomer found himself flummoxed by the considerably skimpier costumes of Steven Soderbergh’s male stripper epic Magic Mike. “[There’s] lot of tearaway clothes,†he told MTV. “There’s definitely a technique to making sure you get those off cleanly.†As it turned out, though, the simplest wardrobe change was the most difficult one for Bomer. “I had never worn a thong before, so the first time I tried it, I put it on wrong and my junk didn’t fit in it,†he said. “I had to call a wardrobe person in and go, ‘Something’s wrong with my thong, you guys. I think we’re gonna have to figure this out,’ and they’re like, ‘Uh, yeah your legs are in the wrong holes.’ So, that was step one.†[MTV]
