The MTV Europe Music Awards hit the Northern Ireland capital of Belfast on Sunday, and Lady Gaga walked away triumphant. Gaga picked up four awards, including “Best Female†as well as “Best Song†and “Best Video†for her single “Born This Way.†Justin Bieber walked away with two awards, “Best Male†and (the unfortunately named) “Best Pop.†The show, hosted by Selena Gomez, featured performances by Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and an Adam Lambert-fronted Queen, winners of the “Global Icon Award.†No word yet on Jo Calderone’s unexpected absence from the festivities.
