Sarah Chalke, perhaps best remembered as Elliot from Scrubs and one of the many girlfriends-or-maybe-future-Mrs.-Mosbys-or-maybe-not on How I Met Your Mother, has signed onto a new ABC comedy project. Going by just the title, How to Live With Your Parents for the Rest of Your Life, the show has a promising HIMYM low-fi vibe and seems particularly apropos to this moment, when droves of college graduates and twenty-somethings are having to move back in with with mom and dad. Unfortunately not much is currently known plot-wise except that Chalke is a single, divorced mother who, according to both The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline, moves in with “her eccentric parents, Elaine and Max, a couple who’s full of life but knows no boundaries.â€
