The Internet’s most gently diabolical frozen yogurt-loving anti-hero is coming back! Joss Whedon says he has “a whole outline†and “a number of songs written†for the sequel to Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, the writers’ strike-inspired comic musical starring Neil Patrick Harris. I wonder if the sequel will be released for free viewing on Hulu, like the original was at first (it’s now available through Netflix DVD rental or on iTunes for eight bucks, which is kind of a bummer). Either way, may Dr. H’s continued success inspire more long-form web comedy content.
