Will the next season of Jersey Shore be a dry one? One of the show’s inveterate party animals, Snooki, is currently with child, and now TMZ is reporting that Mike “The Situation†Sorrentino will spend several weeks in rehab to deal with substance-abuse issues. The time away shouldn’t affect Sorrentino’s availability for the sixth season of Shore, which is set to film this summer, but it does raise some questions about whether the Shore house is a healthy place for an addict fresh out of recovery. Also, does this mean that Jersey Shore is slowly transforming into The Real World? Discuss.
