Last night on the Tonight Show, Diane Keaton abruptly stopped the conversation with Jay Leno to fetch Clover, the latest rescued dog from the Helen Woodward Animal Center where she’s a board member, and, with a lovely shriek, opened up the floor to any bidders who might give him a home. Plus: Robert De Niro happened to sit directly behind Jason Segel for the showing of The Five-Year Engagement at the Tribeca Film Festival, and threw Segel into a nervous frenzy, trying to read De Niro’s cryptic facial expressions more than actually watching his own movie.
