Jessica Paré will compete in the leading actress category for this year’s Emmys, Gold Derby reports. She’s a decent contender for a nomination, but based on the season so far, Megan hasn’t had a real Emmy moment: Paré’s terrific on the show, sure, and she can Zou Bisou with the best of them, but none of her scenes have really had that This Is My Emmy Episode feel. Leading actress is a pretty crowded field, too, and Elisabeth Moss would seem to be the more natural Mad Men front-runner, even just based on GIF-worthiness. Pizza haus!, etc.
