Mindy Kaling’s upcoming Fox show remained untitled throughout development, but on the day the network announced a series order, Fox also revealed that the show would be called It’s Messy. That did not last long! Today, we have our first revision: Kaling’s series has been retitled The Mindy Project. This one sounds like a reality series that Natalie from Facts of Life would pitch to TV Land, but what are you gonna do? Just call it Mindy!
