There are a lot of pressing issues facing Israel but Billy only cares about one: Madonna. OK, so Madonna might not be an issue but the people need know what her five hairstyle changes are going to be. (Maybe cornrows, regular hair, and ponytails in three directions?) If anything, it’s impressive that even in Israel, where crazy shit happens all the time, Billy is still able to frighten old ladies.
