Mariah Carey is officially onboard as a judge on American Idol next season. Fox president Kevin Reilly called her from the network’s TCA panel this morning and put her on speaker phone for everyone to hear her confirmation that she’ll be filling one of the vacated seats. No word yet on who else will be on the panel, but good luck trying to top Mariah.
