Ricky “The Germ Vase†Gervais took to his blog to announce he put the finishing touches on a new “internet project†called Learn English with Ricky Gervais. The first one will be free but after that he might start charging or looking for sponsorship. He doesn’t reveal exactly what it is but the line “We hope to have it subtitled into as many languages as possible†implies its going to be a jokey English tutorial in which Gervais will instruct people on how to say witty Gervaisisms. The only problem is he’ll probably be teaching British English, which is kind of the same as American English but “fag†means cigarette and “cigarette†means elevator.
