An encouraging start for NBC’s Revolution: The J.J. Abrams–produced thriller debuted Monday with 11.7 million viewers and a 4.1 rating with viewers under 50, easily winning the 10 p.m. hour in the week before Hawaii Five-0 and Castle return. (It was boosted by a solid performance by The Voice, which ticked up in its second week.) Things weren’t so encouraging for Fox’s heavily hyped The Mob Doctor, which flatlined with just 5.1 million viewers and a 1.5 among those under 50. Somebody book a Hugh Laurie guest turn, stat!
