Moving away from the kaleidoscopic mayhem of London on to the muted sophistication of Milan, the Cut sent photographer Jerome Sessini to capture moments around the shows. Throughout the slick catwalks, bright colors popped on the girls at Ports 1961, and polished dusty neutrals reigned at Armani. A Caravaggio-like gaggle of happy models backstage at Gucci felt appropriately Italian, and brooding shots of models Saskia de Brauw, Joan Smalls, and more showed another side to the carnival.
