Anna Faris has signed on to star in Chuck Lorre’s latest sitcom project Mom, Deadline reports. She’ll play a newly sober single mother living in Napa Valley, and CBS has already ordered a pilot. Now we are torn! On the one hand, bleh, no thank you to more Chuck Lorre sitcoms. But on the other hand, hooray, yes please to regular Anna Faris appearances. Somehow we will all have to find the strength to reconcile these attitudes should this show go to series.
