Smack in the middle of rumors about playing Batman in the Justice League film, Joseph Gordon-Levitt has joined the fray for a lead in Marvel’s James Gunn-directed Guardians of the Galaxy. In addition to Gordon-Levitt, the studio is reportedly considering Joel Edgerton, Jack Huston, Jim Sturgess, Lee Pace, Eddie Redmayne, and Zachary Levi for the role of Star-Lord, alias Peter Quill, a total scumbag antihero and the group’s leader.
