How do you get more people to watch Cougar Town? If anyone knew an actual answer to that, the show would still be on ABC, but a sweet little cameo from Michelle Williams probably can’t hurt the show’s buzz/ratings/whatnots. Here’s Williams on last night’s TBS premiere, goofing around with real-life bestie Busy Phillips as Laurie’s foster sister. It’s four seconds long, but surely it’s enough to make some sector of the world cry out for a spinoff. Or at least cry out that Michelle Williams should try something a little lighthearted or comedic one of these days.
