Ryan and Kelly are coming back to Scranton for a farewell tour. At TCAs yesterday, Office executive producer Greg Daniels confirmed that Mindy Kaling, B.J. Novak, and Zach Woods would all be making appearances on the show’s final few episodes. Not Steve Carell, though. “At the moment, we don’t have any plans for him to come back,†Daniels said, which … come on. How does The Office end without even a cameo from Michael Scott? Of course Steve Carell should come back for the finale, even if it’s with a two-second cameo that goes totally unacknowledged by other characters.
