An avalanche of familiar faces has converged on When the Game Stood Tall, a football flick set to star Michael Chiklis, a newly post-Enlightened Laura Dern, and Jim Caviezel. It’s Save the Last Dance director Thomas Carter’s first non-TV project since 2005’s Coach Carter. Shooting in New Orleans, the story centers on De La Salle High School coach Bob Ladouceur (Caviezel); his wife, Beverly (Dern); and assistant coach Terry Eidson (Chiklis). The team won a landmark 151 consecutive games from 1992 to 2003. Alexander Ludwig (The Hunger Games’ Cato) will play a running back.
