Most of the gang returns in Red 2, the sequel to the sleeper-hit action comedy from 2010 that was most principally about the joy of watching Helen Mirren pack heat. That doesn’t change in this go-around, as the new trailer indicates there will be several Mirren-driven set pieces involving guns, casual corpse disposal, and karate chops delivered with deadly efficacy straight to the throat. What’s new is the addition of two Oscar winners: Anthony Hopkins playing a mad genius, and Catherine Zeta-Jones as … Snooki? (It is the only explanation for the color they have painted her.)
