If you went through our list of “50 Comedians You Should and Will Know†last month, you might’ve seen one pilot pop up a bunch: Mike Judge’s Silicon Valley. The show features three comedians on our list (Thomas Middleditch, Angela Trimbur, Kumail Nanjiani) and one comedian who blurbed for it (T.J. Miller). Well, Deadline reports that HBO has given the show a series order. The comedy, which is currently untitled again, is set in the big-money world of the present-day Silicon Valley, “where the people most qualified to succeed are the least capable of handling success.†Hopefully, all these funny folks will be able to handle their success that comes from the show.
