See Athletes All Dolled Up at the ESPY Awards
Last night, the healthiest, fittest humans in the United States (a.k.a. professional athletes, Olympians) convened at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles to potentially win even more awards for their awe-inducing sporting skills. This meant that the female athletes, who we’ve grown accustomed to seeing in everything from patriotic leotards and swim caps to all-white tennis outfits and jerseys, traded in their gear to glam up in formal dresses. There were plenty of minaudières, form-fitting bodices, and pretty manicures for all.
