Bob Odenkirk, Patton Oswalt, and Ian Roberts have joined the cast of The Kitchen Sink, a new horror-sci-fi-comedy, Deadline reports. The movie is being directed by Robbie Pickering (Natural Selection), written by Oren Uziel (the upcoming 22 Jump Street and Downtown Owl), and produced by Jonah Hill. Here’s how the plot is described:
The action takes place in Dilford, a place where vampires were at the top of the social order, zombies were at the bottom, and the humans were in the middle. This all goes awry and it’s a battle, and it’s up to three reps of those groups to restore harmony.
Odenkirk, Oswalt, and Roberts are joining a cast that includes Keegan-Michael Key, Joan Cusack, Josh Fadem, Nicholas Braun, Mackenzie Davis, Ed Westwick, Vanessa Hudgens, and Denis Leary. No word on whether Odenkirk or Oswalt are playing vampires, zombies, aliens, or teenagers.
