Both The Simpsons and Homeland are premiering in succession on Sunday night (8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., respectively), and it appears the two shows have joined promotional forces against the Breaking Bad finale. Deadline writes that The Simpsons season premiere, titled “Homerland,†“centers on Lisa enlisting the service of a jumpy FBI agent to discover why Homer seems to have ‘turned’ since coming back from a nuclear power plant operating convention.†Voicing the Carrie Mathison character is SNL alum Kristen Wiig, who, fingers crossed, we’ll get to hear imitate that infamous ugly cry.
