Halloween 2013, basically a month-long event, is finally over. And what a finale it had! Heidi Klum dressed up as “old,” Eva Chen got a fake tattoo and amazingly realistic mohawk, and Rihanna wore … something. Some folks took the obvious route (Perez Hilton went as … actually, we won’t even tell you), while others were straight-up unrecognizable (Melissa McCarthy and Sandra Bullock went as matching bearded fishermen).
