Do you think while shooting Out of the Furnace, Casey Affleck tried to glean some inside info about being Batman from Christian Bale for Ben? Or maybe they were too busy making this super intense movie. Like we saw in the first trailer, the stakes are high and the cast (Woody Harrelson, Zoe Saldana, Sam Shepard, Willem Dafoe and Forest Whitaker) is great. Directed by Crazy Heart’s Scott Cooper, the film opens on December 6, giving us a week before American Hustle comes out and we can only picture Bale as a Tony Clifton look-alike.
