At last night’s kickoff party for the “Isabella Blow: Fashion Galore!” exhibit (exclamation point an essential part of its title!) at Somerset House in London, guests knew they had one very important job: Wear a smashing, fabulous hat, preferably paired with an equally smashing, fabulous outfit.
