Comedian and author Sara Benincasa announced on Tumblr this week that she’s adapting her first book, Agorafabulous!: Dispatches from My Bedroom, into a TV show. She’s writing a pilot based on the book for the USA network. A comedic memoir published in 2012, Agorafabulous! tracks Benincasa’s struggles with anxiety and agoraphobia. The USA network has recently begun expanding into adding original comedy programming, with Lennon Parham and Jessica St. Clair’s new show Playing House expected to debut on the network this spring.
