How I Met Your Mother really has spent all season recounting the events of Robin and Barney’s wedding weekend, but mercifully, there are only three episodes left. CBS just released photos from the March 24 episode, “The End of the Aisle,†in which it looks like Robin and Barney at least both make it to the altar. Do they go through with the actual vows and ceremony? Unclear! What is clear though is that we’re in for more Patrice, even though that character is one of the strangest missteps the show has ever made. Why so cruel, Robin?
The network description of the episode says “With only a half-hour to go, both Barney and Robin have panic attacks about their upcoming nuptials. Meanwhile, Marshall and Lily rewrite their old wedding vows.†Make of that what you will.
