After almost three years of brutal murder, it makes sense that an actor would want to stage a few fabulous production numbers to clear his creative palate. Ryan Gosling is allegedly doing just that, producing and potentially starring in a film based on Jeffrey Spivak’s “Buzz: The Life and Art of Busby Berkeley.†In addition to portraying the famed 1930s Hollywood musical choreographer, Gosling might also direct, a welcome respite from, say, smashing a man’s hand with a hammer or cutting open a person’s abdomen. Yeah, this guy is wise to take a break.
