NBC has canceled Community, the network announced today. Sources tell Vulture that Sony, the studio behind the show, is still trying to find a buyer, so it’s vaguely possible that the Greendale Human Beings will live to see another day. Though maybe, just maybe, it’s time to bid farewell to the study group and devote affection toward Rick and Morty instead?
NBC has also canceled Revolution, that show where the power went out. Technically, more people watched Revolution than Community, but emotionally that feels impossible and wrong. In any case, the cancel finger writes, and, having writ, moves on.
