Much-loved celebrity hairstylist Harry Josh started this party several years ago as a way to gather his friends (actors, actresses, models, hairstylists, makeup artists, industry people) before tonight’s Fashion Oscars. To guarantee a good time, Josh makes sure the DJ has a purposefully cheesy playlist (“I refuse to play anything cool,” he told WWD).
