Here’s a fun fact: CBS’s Under the Dome is the “most-watched new series on broadcast television last year and is one of the three most-watched dramas in the world, joining CSI and NCIS.†Yes, really! And another fun fact: For the show’s second-season premiere, author Stephen King will not only write the episode, he’ll make a cameo on it, too. Will King appear in the Dome or on the other side? Variety also reports that the Dome is hoping to appeal to millennials: “This season of the series will include a digital-only character who is able to communicate with characters trapped in the dome†… part of an effort to “reach out to particularly our young audience and embrace this ‘transmedia.’†Long Live Dome.
