On his new show Last Week Tonight this week, John Oliver encouraged fans to head to the FCC website to complain about cable companies campaigning to end net neutrality and the FCC site subsequently crashed. Here’s Oliver on Charlie Rose yesterday responding to allegations that he caused the crash. “We didn’t crash their website, Charlie — that’s a huge accusation,†said Oliver. “We merely pointed people to their website and told them why they should be angry about it, and they went in droves.â€
