Nick Offerman closed the show at the Radio and Television Correspondents Association dinner — kind of like the less hot brother to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner — with a refresher course on the Bill of Rights. But before he did that, he got in an obligatory zing about Eric Cantor’s primary loss and made a statement on the Time Warner–Comcast merger.
